I am a Project Management Apprentice within the Innovation Team at TGB (Toyota GB). My role involves the innovation of existing operations, products and services. My day-to-day involves the management of project schedules, communication plans, presentation documents and spreadsheets for relevant project pilot data.
Not only have I learned how to create the various documents required for a project, but I have improved my skill of creative thinking. I have also improved my presentation skills through training sessions and a voluntary forum to present to a select audience of managers.
This programme reinforces the importance between the balance of working towards a university degree and working for the organisation. You are encouraged to learn about different areas of the organisation. There is amazing focus on your personal and career development to help you excel in both your apprenticeship and your degree.
TGB offers a social club, a football club, and a gym community

Demonstrate that you are hard working and have some knowledge/experience relevant to your desired role (where possible).
