I really enjoy the program, learning new skills.
Not to structured, which is a good thing. I have a set university schedule, but the tasks changes weekly, makes it more intresting.
A lot of support, we have f2f meetings every week so I can receive support from my manager.
I have been offered support, but the UNI is not to great when it comes to responding back.
I have already used some of the lessons I've learnt in the module. I definitely feel that it has helped my job.
Many we have a sports and social club and many networking events throughout the year
Yes
As I had already experienced a apprenticeship role, I felt that that it would be similar.(I did not enjoy the first experience). Toyota has blown my expectations, the people the opportunities and the ethics all appeal to me and I'm sure would appeal to others.
Don't be scared, the first hurdle is to apply after that, Toyota will give you all the help you need to give a good interview. Believe in your own abilities and I'm sure you'll succeed.
