I find it thoroughly enjoyable and interesting.
Very well organised, my training plan keeps me focused and on track and sets clear deadlines that are challenging yet achievable.
Good support from my employer and line manager

Definitely, I feel like since starting the programme I've improved my self-awareness and started working on a PDP (initiated by the training provider) which will help me progress my future career.
