  • The course covered everything needed, could have been delivered in a different order. Could have been encouraged to start the practical work a little earlier

  • Was told that could take the time needed, was self managed regarding how much time I committed.

  • Given additional support to help with dyslexia, additional time with tutor and recording sessions.
