My initial job role is to process any fixed cost invoices, supplier invoices, reconcile suppliers statements to our company bank statement as well as holiday booking system
I have developed my attention to detail. I have learned to be patient with my tasks, to communicate professionally and my confidence level has grown.
I have been working in my job for roughly 6 months and I wouldn't wish for anything better!
I have dedicated study days throughout the week, as well as having some free time in the day to focus on my studies. I always know what to do and am never stuck for work
I have 24/7 support from my employer and my colleagues, if I have any problems they are always there to help
I have weekly sessions with my tutor once a week for roughly 3 hours. I have access to their email so that I can always contact them if I needed further assistance
My training provider is helpful for key skills other than my work so that I am developing physical and mental skils to aid better in my work
every once in a while my company will throw some sort of activity/fundraiser/celebration. Starting from celebrating the companies achievement and growth, to even supporting other colleagues mental health by inviting external people to perform some yoga, stretches, etc
