Being a senior member of a web development team. Collaborating with other engineers to produce the customer facing parts of the ASOS e-commerce store.
Leadership styles, Collaboration and conflict, how to give effective feedback, how to self analyse my own performance, timekeeping skills, importance of diversity and inclusion and how to implement and be fair, expected British values, how to creeate a strategy, careers and resilience, how to problem solve
The programme content is excellent and i am learning leadership skills that i can directly apply at work.
It is well organised, but it takes a lot of self organisation in order to complete the tasks on time. It is a lot of work being an apprenctice and work full time.
My employer has done everything they can and are continually evolving their support so that the apprenticeship can be complete with the least stress, low negative impact to job role and learning is maximised.
My coach is always available and makes expert suggestions on additional reading. They have gone out of their way to let us know about additional resources and support during a time of family bereavement.
I am using the leadership skill learnt from this course regularly and becoming more comfrtoable in taking leadership roles.

They are a flexible employer and as long as you provide value, they will do the same for you. The culture is welcoming but certainly the more you put in the more you get out.
