my role involves servicing and inspecting hgv's carrying out running repairs and diagnostics and repiar
ive learnt many new skills and developed skills i already had
my course is very in depth from learning the basic servicing to the more in depth diagnostics
the college side of my course is fairly organised they know what they need to teach an how to teach it
my employer gives time to do college work if needed, they also give me specific tasks if i need them for evidence for college
my college gives me all the information and support i need even if its not needed. the college assessors are very good at helping get the right information to complete evidence at the right time
it teaches me the necessary skills i need to do my job to a high standard
we often do bake sales for mcmillian cancer trust as well as attending truck fest and quartally meetings where the higher management come down and talk about where the business is and cook us food
