    • I have weekly check-ins with my in work mentor as well as my line manager and they make sure to check up on me and that I have everything I need.

    • My training provider provides good courses and the instructors are always friendly, passionate, and easy to reach out to should I need to.

    • I feel that I learn a lot on the training courses and they provide me with much of the knowledge I need to progress in my role.
