Training, Shadowing senior engineers, handling low priority tickets, tuning and automation.
I have further developed my programming skills and my presentation skills.
I enjoy my program a lot, it is interesting problem solving and my team is great!
I have weekly check-ins with my in work mentor as well as my line manager and they make sure to check up on me and that I have everything I need.
My training provider provides good courses and the instructors are always friendly, passionate, and easy to reach out to should I need to.
I feel that I learn a lot on the training courses and they provide me with much of the knowledge I need to progress in my role.
Softcat has a massive range of extra-curricular activities and clubs, the overall culture is amazing and it's easy to join any clubs you want to.
