I run a team of 14 people and i deal with managing their stats and performance.
yes i have recently completed my nvq along with my aspire
i really enjoyed it and felt that it provided me with all the learning i needed.
very well organised and eveyrthing we do we have a clear understanding of tasks infront of us
i receive lots of support from my empolyer and specially my line manager
i was helped through everything i needed, there was never a time where i wasnt supported.
this has helped form me into the leader i am today

i have worked for ee for 6 years now and its helped me to develop to the career i have today.
