    • I run a team of 14 people and i deal with managing their stats and performance.

    • yes i have recently completed my nvq along with my aspire

    • i really enjoyed it and felt that it provided me with all the learning i needed.

    • very well organised and eveyrthing we do we have a clear understanding of tasks infront of us

    • i receive lots of support from my empolyer and specially my line manager

    • i was helped through everything i needed, there was never a time where i wasnt supported.

    • yes we are always doing stuff together as an ops.

    • i have worked for ee for 6 years now and its helped me to develop to the career i have today.

    • just go for it and be yourself as ee thrives on seeing your individual personality shine through
