I support my client group with HR queries, data and talent and succession. I am currently working on creating a training package to up skill line managers in regards to employee relations. I have built relationships with stakeholders and senior management. I have gained the trust and respect of my peers.
I have developed my knowledge in relation to employment law. I have definitely built on my interpersonal skills.
I found it difficult to get my head round in the beginning. This is because I was used to tutor led training rather than solely web based. I am used to it now and have completed majority of my course
It could be better.
I feel very supported by my employer. They have aligned my objectives to tasks, so that I can develop and achieve the best results.
Joanne, my coach, has been amazing. She is very quick to respond, knowledgeable and supportive.
Very well. I believe it has given me confidence within my making my own decisions and equipped me with so much knowledge.
Not really. I have a busy homelife.
