  • I've definitely developed my social skills including presenting skills because everyone is really nice at the office

  • It's got a good balance of 1 day in uni a week then two days in the office and a day working from home so I do enjoy the flexibility

  • it's very well structured

  • They provide a lt of support and have an early careers team dedicated to helping us along our journey

  • There is support available and we have check in meeting every three months to review my progress but guidance around courseworks/assignments can be minimal at times

  • it helps to hone my technical knowledge and things like perseverance and resilience when it comes to new modules.

  • there are lots of communities within the company that you can join based on your interest e.g football, or christian group and you can arrange activities to do there. the company also has a sports day and plenty of networking events for apprentices and graduates

  • It's a flexible, welcoming company and the work environment isn't hostile

  • Make sure to read about the role you're applying for in depth and understand experian's areas and skills they're looking for and come up with examples of how you already have these skills.
