  • Yes, I have learned lots of new soft skills, which are very hard to learn on the job.

  • The 15 modules covered varied in terms of interest. However, the majority of them where fantastic and well worth completing

  • The programme is well thought out and the content is great. However, I would suggest indexing is made available as its very hard to find a technique or approach, one a page has been read and a few months have past

  • Fantastic! Asos is a great place to work and have a brilliant community in place to help learners

  • Support from the trainer is fantastic! They are there to help and reply with any concerns or issues you may be facing while learning.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Definitely, as some of the techniques and skills learned will be for life. Like "Yes and..." and the Pomodoro time management approach

  • Yes, Asos is very social and its part of the culture. We are also very good at Diversity and Inclusion and there are events / groups supporting all sorts of things

  • Yes

  • You have a good feeling of purpose at Asos. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive and you feel like you are working for a greater good.

  • Be yourself and don't be afraid to speak up and give your opinion.
