As a solutions architect apprentice my role comprises training across the entire secure power portfolio, making technical selections, going to customer sites and meetings, identifying the best solutions, doing technical comparisons, using our customer experience center (demo room for our products) etc...
I have learnt how to write up site visit reports, teamworking, problem resolution, data analysis via company software, product selection using data
I have enjoyed the moments where I am able to get out for site visits, as well as company wide events and seeing our products in use and in person allowing me to get a better understanding and appreciation for how they work.
There is a general plan in place for where I should be aiming to get to and the steps to take along the way. As well as targets to meet
A great amount of support, suggestions are taken on board and questions are always answered.
Great support, they are always open to improvement too.

Its a very diverse company both work wise and demographically. There are a lot of opportunities to do things you haven't done before and grow yourself as an individual as well as collaborating with others you can learn from. Overall, company culture is great and you are well looked after.
Show what you are keen about and how you can make a difference with what you can bring.
