Overall it's a great company to work and I would highly recommend to any friends and anyone in general to apply to work in BMW.
Just be yourself and don't feel nervous about applying because there are a lot of opportunities at BMW Group and I'm speaking firsthand on these opportunities, I started working with the agency to be taken on permanently and now doing my Level 3 Maintenance Apprenticeship. This is by far the best company I have worked for. Highly recommend BMW Group
