I manage a team of Senior Enterprise Software Sales professionals. My role includes customer engagement sponsorship and support, forecasting, mentoring/coaching early talent and ensuring SAP hits its cloud net bookings growth targets.
Yes I have become more self-aware and capable across a number of areas including communication, business change, performance management and coaching.
I enjoy it very much. I wasn't very studious at University but have received really good marks for each of my projects so far. I think when you enjoy something and find it interesting, the results come naturally.
It is mostly very well organised. There were some challenges where their seemed to be uncertainty amongst different stakeholders at Consalia as to what they were expecting the students to do during module 3. However, this had minimal impact on myself and was addressed as far as I am aware.
Great from my line manager in relation to encouragement, study leave and balancing the course with my day-to-day responsibilities.
Lots of support. I should probably take more advantage of the support on offer.
The content is so relevant to what is expected from me day-to-day. It has helped me improve in my role and as a person.

Excellent pay and benefits. Good, modern culture which places the emphasis on encouraging people to improve. At least within my segment of the business anyway...
Be yourself. I like to hire people who are self-aware and authentic, because these traits mean individuals are likely to be more receptive to coaching and feedback.
