  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned many new skills with this apprenticeship. I think the two main ones are communication skills and problem solving. Communication because my job involves communicating with other teams and suppliers every single day. Problem solving because every day there is something different that comes up that needs looking into meaning the resolution for each scenario is different.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have very much enjoyed the programme to date. I think being able to work full time whilst studying is a great option and one that i would recommend to anyone. I have learnt so much from being involved in the role where perhaps i wouldn't have if 100% of my time was spent in the classroom doing studies.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well organised. I have weekly college calls and exams which are always made clear to me, and this fits perfectly around my work schedule. I have enough time to fully focus on both. With regualr meetings within the business I always know where to go to if i have any issues or problems that I need to raise.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have all the support that I need from my employer. I have multiple people that I can go to and I know will help me if I ever have any issues. My manager gives me time to complete my studies and always ensures and checks up on this. I have mentors within my team to continue my growth and learning in my job role. As i have previously mentioned I also have regualr meetings to discuss how the apprenticeship is going and if i have any issues that I need to raise.
