More forward and confident talking to new people, more responsible, more proactive
I enjoy it but it takes a while to adjust to the environment
It depends on how busy the business is as a whole at that specific time
Quite alot but not as much in busier times
She is very helpful and we have regular catch- up sessions
She makes me more motivated due to the feedback I receive about the work I provide
