  • i have developed my confidence skill by working with DLG as i had to make sure that i was comfortable talking on the phone to customers around my peers this took a bit of getting used to but once i had achieved this it is now something i do naturally.

  • i am really enjoying what i am doing at the moment with both DLG and LSP, i'm the type of person who learns stuff better by doing it physically but with this apprenticeship it allows me to have all the know,l.edge and be able to put it into my work at the same time which has definitely bettered me and my work.
