  • very organised and I give a thumbs up to all the tutors who have worked with me throughout the programme and especially my two tutors .

  • i really got a lot of support ,including workshops that helped me to understand in depth of my learning.

  • a lot ,from work shops, face to face ,observations and even support with my maths.

  • 9b. Why?
  • I literally grew professionally in Voyage care starting as a support worker and worked my way up with the help and support not only from colleagues but from the whole team directly and indirectly .I also learned quite a lot during OM audits ,Quality audits and even dealing with other departments within voyage such as the finance department, Quality Assurance and many more.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to VOYAGE care?
  • Be open to learning new things as you work as definitely you will succeed as Voyage belives in growing potential staff to bring the best in them.
