I find studying difficult to enjoy so a 6 is a good score
Not great, assignments dumped in a website with too much work in the and deadlines given fairly arbitrarily. Coaches are sometimes somewhat difficult to get hold of.
Manager was excellent in supporting me and giving me all i needed to acheive my programme
Regular workshops once every 6 weeks or so which was helpful and regular calls with skills coach. A little more openness to interactions and clarity with some of the course structure and also perhaps helpful documentation required.
Currently I have picked up technical skills that are somewhat helpful but I will mainly be using my qualification to become a Data Analyst so the skills will be more impactful later on.
Not really, and disappointingly low amount given the size of the company

A lot of great perks and people and the culture is great. A strong emphasis on staff wellbeing.
