I have learnt skills such as communication, allowing me to be confident and easily open to network with individuals on a day to day basis. I have also learnt and developed how to manage my time and balance my work life with my apprentice work life.
I enjoy this programme very much. Things like the events we have, apprentice gatherings and the individuals here who make it a very fun stay for me.
Very structured, My work life and apprentice life balances out and is very much organised. Its easy for me to navigate around.
I receive all my support, having 1-2-1 meetings every week to check up on me, all the support outside of work too.
With my training provider, I receive all the support. Whether I need help on some work or about a concern, they always make time for me and support me as soon as they can. This makes me feel comfortable.
I feel my qualification motivates me to strive in my job role. By staying motivated, it allows me to enjoy what I do, and enables me to strive to succeed.
