My role consists of all areas of operating a rental depot from the front line. Customer service, relationship and account management, sales for new business, meetings with customers and suppliers, day to day dealings with customers getting vehicles, planning operations and moves and managing our team to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
I have learnt most the skills I use in life and work at Enterprise. I have learnt things about myself I did not know I was capable of. Enterprise has helped me develop into the leader I am today and pathed the path for me to be able to view my potential. I feel I am now able to conquer any problem and overcome any challenge with ease.
The apprenticeships itself has not been great in my opinion. I personally feel very alone with the work and I feel I am not getting supported with the work as I have to do everything on my own at home in my own time. The learning is great when you are on a session learning but the second it ends your in the dark. The time between meets and check ups is too long.
The course does not feel greatly organized. It feels like the coaches and teachers just have to many people to deal with so if your struggling you just feel like a pain.
Not a lot. As previously mentioned the best way I can explain this is I feel alone.
Not a lot. As previously mentioned I feel alone and it feels like the coaches just have to much on there hands.
What I learn from the course could help massively with the role.

Overall the company is great and offers such amazing opportunities for anyone looking to join. You really can build a life here and grow yourself as a person in all areas. The Pareto course really lets Enterprise down.
Be open minded accept new challenges and expect change and you will make it far. Work hard and you will be rewarded.
