    • I have learned many new skills especially along side the apprenticeship.

    • I like the new things I have learned, the different methods when being a team leader and looking after your team etc...

    • The programme is very well structured with monthly catch ups with the skills coach.

    • I receive all the support I need and any help that I may require. Any time I may need to complete something they will always make it possible for me.

    • I receive a lot of support when needed and they are always there if I need any help or advise with something.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It gives me a better understanding on how to approach people, how to adapt to other peoples learning abilities. It also helps me find new ways on motivating the team.

    • There are plenty of things you can participate in work, whether it's getting involved with Children and Need, doing something for Charity, Pride week etc...

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • For anyone who wishes to gain more knowledge or an extra qualification Pareto is a great apprentice to go on. Great people in their and endless support throughout.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?

    • Make sure you have the time to do this and there is a lot of work that goes into this and a lot of workshops to attend as well.
