My Role is to provide vehicle rentals to commercial businesses. The role also includes admin i.e. phone calls, emails etc...
I have learned many new skills especially along side the apprenticeship.
I like the new things I have learned, the different methods when being a team leader and looking after your team etc...
The programme is very well structured with monthly catch ups with the skills coach.
I receive all the support I need and any help that I may require. Any time I may need to complete something they will always make it possible for me.
I receive a lot of support when needed and they are always there if I need any help or advise with something.
It gives me a better understanding on how to approach people, how to adapt to other peoples learning abilities. It also helps me find new ways on motivating the team.
There are plenty of things you can participate in work, whether it's getting involved with Children and Need, doing something for Charity, Pride week etc...
Yes
For anyone who wishes to gain more knowledge or an extra qualification Pareto is a great apprentice to go on. Great people in their and endless support throughout.
Make sure you have the time to do this and there is a lot of work that goes into this and a lot of workshops to attend as well.
