my role entails coming in everyday into a replica hangar environment and constantly learning new knowledge and skills to prepare myself for the upcoming exams and ready for my 2nd year deployment onto an active fast jet base.
yes i have learnt alot of new skills but also developed skills such as my hand skills as i was on an electrical apprrenticeship before this so i feel my hand skills were already good.
i love this programme and it is the most satisfied and proud i have ever been of a job.
i would say the programme is well organised and efficiently organised.
the level of support i have received from my employer has been astounding, i was amazed by the support to begin with.
i have received so much support, it is something ive never experienced before in previous lines of work.
the qualification we will earn is essential to our role as we need the maintenance licence.
