On a day-to-day basis, the course has a mixture of classroom theory and practical workshop.
I have learned practical skills such as filing and use of workshop machinery and also social skills
I really enjoy my apprenticeship and am doing really well .
Overall, there is a set structure but certain times and dates can move around frequently at short notice.
If people fail their exams, instructors offer re-teach sessions to those who failed their exams.
We do get recovery training if we failed exams and a given amount of time to revise before exams.
The qualifications are required for our role after the apprenticeship.
There is no extra-curricular activities.
