Have to do the theory and maintenance training of aircraft.
Yes, my knowledge in the job role has increased drastically, and the apprenticeship always encourages you to be social, which therefore boosted my social skills

The organisation is structured very well and is always organised
you receive so much support from employers and from the schemes they have in place
