  • As service manager my job role includes managing the team of carers and liaising with the customers. I look after scheduling, payroll and compliance.

  • Yes, being new to the sector I am learning on the job and have found that every single day I am learning more.

  • Yes I find the programme fulfilling and I am excited by the future prospects

  • Yes, as my role is the service manager, there has been times where the job role has had to take priority and the training provider has been great and understanding

  • Yes, after completing assignments and modules I can already see a difference in the way that I view different aspects of the job

  • Yes, we complete charity walks, we are involved with local sports teams and we have attended local networking events

  • I moved into the industry to work in a role that I believe has a purpose and Compassion First Home Care has supported this and pushed me to grow in the industry
