I work in the audit department for privately owned business. This involves looking at their financial statements and checking these have been prepared correctly.

I have developed in confidence when talking to clients and colleagues.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my 3.5 years so far, I have had constant support from colleagues throughout which has helped.

The programme has a clear structure which was detailed when I started so I understood the process and career development throughout

There is always support from anyone in the department if required.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

When working towards the qualification we always had forums and contact details for our tutor to receive support if required.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt technical knowledge as part of my qualification which has better allowed me to understand tasks I have performed at work and more complex client calculations

We have a sports and social committee who regularly organise events outside of work for us
