Computing tax returns, liaising with clients and admin
Formal email writing, managing time and communication. There is a real emphasis on soft skills and general business acumen too.
Doing exams and working simultaneously is the biggest challenge, overall it is rewarding.
When I first joined there were improvements to be made, however it is at a point where it is pretty well structured.
Generally, enough support is received across all areas. However, there are improvements to be made.
My training provider, BPP, is very good at offering support/advice and I highly recommend them.
Much better, I am able to understand my role a lot better. However, exams will only take you so far and a lot of on the job training is required.

They are a very good company, with industry average pay, an opportunity to learn/go on secondments and a great culture.
Prepare as much as you can for the phone call interview/group stage interview and understand your proposed pathway (i.e. L7 ACA or L7 ACA/CTA etc.)
