  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Very much, I like the company & my colleagues and find the work challenging and engaging.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • From the ICAEW and BPP end, very organised and well structured. From the Mazars end, very poor in terms of apprenticeship-focused training, i.e. the early careers team don't seem to have a clue what they are doing (though they may just be majorly understaffed)

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As above, apprenticeship-wise not great, I do get a decent amount of time off to study. From a client work perspective, excellent.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Very well. I apply theory and practical skills I've learned during the course constantly in my day to day client work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No, I am not a very social person. I do attend team socials that occur monthly and additionally on an ad hoc basis.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Forvis Mazars to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • They are great to work for, there is a real culture of high standards and meritocracy. My colleagues in the team are all very nice and I don't find I work poorly with anyone. They are flexible with working hours and allow me to work from home 2/3 days per week which I love.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Forvis Mazars?
  • Go for it!
