1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I get to work with a range of different clients across different industries with some amazing teams within Mazars. My day involves a mixture of interacting with clients and my team through in person meetings, emails and catch up calls. My role is to ensure financial statements published by our clients are not materially misstated due to error or fraud.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My confidence and organisation skills have massively improved as it is a client facing role as well as managing work and study around travelling and meeting with clients.

Really enjoy, I have learned so much and would definitely recommend to programme to everyone.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structures, there is a set pathway so you know exactly what is coming up during the programme. There is also a dedicated team to help with any queries.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support from Mazars and they always encourage and support your progression within the role.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

BPP provide all required material and there are always points of contact to answer any questions we may have.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As the program goes on the exams and additional courses build on knowledge gained which is needed as you progress into your role.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of different networks to get involved in such as CSR team, sports & social team and lots of department networking and social events!
