  • I have a pathway, however it has not been well thought out by the early careers team and I have encountered endless errors along the way.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I do receive time off to study and 5 study leave days a year. However for the majority of my exams we have to teach ourselves in a very short period of time. It would be much better if we were booked on to actual teaching courses.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • I am the head of the social committee for the Nottingham office and am always organising and attending socials. I am also part of the NCASS committee which is nice to be mixing with other firms and networking.

  • 9b. Why?
  • The people in the sector/job are amazing, just wouldn't recommend the early careers department

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Forvis Mazars?
