I am booked to clients and am assigned work for that audit. I also help out on the social committee for the Nottingham office
I have developed a lot of skills including communication, leadership and technical skills (one example being Excel)
I am content with the work, however I find the exams alongside working full time extremely difficult and straining. It makes normal life almost impossible
I have a pathway, however it has not been well thought out by the early careers team and I have encountered endless errors along the way.
I do receive time off to study and 5 study leave days a year. However for the majority of my exams we have to teach ourselves in a very short period of time. It would be much better if we were booked on to actual teaching courses.
I receive materials and access to tutors from BPP, which I think is sufficient
I think it has really helped my general knowledge and understanding, which better helps me in my job
I am the head of the social committee for the Nottingham office and am always organising and attending socials. I am also part of the NCASS committee which is nice to be mixing with other firms and networking.
Yes
The people in the sector/job are amazing, just wouldn't recommend the early careers department
You have to be in charge of your own pathway and learning
