  • We rotate around different placement in BA. We are currently on our second placement as a Customer Experience Representative.

  • Communication skills, being professional, organisational skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is very well set. The idea of understanding different parts of the business is so valuable especially as we are going into the operation. It is difficult in some placements to give us enough responsibility as we have no previous office work experience. I would like to get involved into bigger projects for the next placement

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well structured as the lay out of the programme is amazing, but as it is a very new programme we have encountered some issues and sometimes I feel like I don’t know what to expect because we are figuring out how to make things work

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer cares a lot about us and our wellbeing, she works hard to make things work even if we faces problems. She is very kind and positive and looks for the best opportunities for us to succeed. Sometimes it can be difficult if we have problems to contact my employer.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is very good. Very knowledgeable and I learn so much everyday. As feedback, university results take a while after the deadline to be up.

  • I believe it will. But I also believe we are going to learn a lot more on our placements.

  • There are volunteering activities and activities to get involved in but not clubs as such.

  • Yes

  • Because the programmes are very good and they show they care about us


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
  • Be yourself and get some experience beforehand to succeed in your interview. Do research about the company and show genuine interest in aviation and making a different
