I am on a 4 year programme with a variety of placements across the business
Yes, my professional skills have developed and I have learnt all kinds of new skills through my first two placements
The programme is enjoyable but sometimes a little unorganised at times
The training provider side is quite unorganised but the apprenticeship itself is well structured
I receive lots of support from my employer and manager. They always make the time to see you if you have any concerns or worries
Support is received but not enough in my opinion. Feedback is brief and time isn’t always made for 1-1’s
Gives us the skills and knowledge when we face things in the office and we can relate it across
We get the chance to join professional networking events within our placements and also social activities at special times of the year
Yes
It sets us up for a successful career with valuable on the job learning
To research the business and have a good understanding of the role your trying to apply for
