I help clients improve how they their business. This involves understanding how things work currently, what issues they experience, ahead of suggesting improvement opportunities.

Yes, both technical skills like process improvement and financial modeling, and soft skills such as effecive communication, planning, and presentation.

The programme with QA fell through, as the pathway was never approved by Northumbria University.

Good support from my manager an encouragement from leadership

Tutor meetings every few months - not much

Not much, as the programme was unable to be completed due to the pathway not being approved

Yes, dozens of societies ranging from sports like badminton and rock climbing, to more niche interests like anime
