On a day-to-day basis, I have been provided various pieces of work. I have been shadowing and supporting those who have the necessary skills and knowledge to transfer to myself. I have taken on various small tasks in order to improve on my self management skills.

I enjoy the ability to get hands-on and physical with electrical equipment, understanding how a unit or device comes together to complete and perform a task. I have also improved with my ability to test electronic equipment, and complete and process analytical data to pull out a result.
I feel majority of the time, my apprenticeship is very well structured and organised. I believe at some moments, workload is too intense.
I feel I get plenty of support from the employer if requested.
I feel I get adequate support from my training supplier if requested.
I feel that my training has allowed me to complete my work to a much higher standard.
There are some extra curricular activities to involve with, however this may be restricted depending on an individuals personalities (their likes and dislikes).

I feel the company is very consistent and a day is very predictable with minimal surprises. I also feel that the company is able to listen to concerns and queries if raised.
Focus on achieving what you want to complete. BAE will only support and guide you in that direction if it is achievable and beneficial to the company.
