auditing privately owned businesses of varying sizes and in various sections, completing fieldwork, planning and completion for these audits
learnt so many skills, a lot of th learning is on the job through experience and also learning from those around me
I really enjoy it, I like being around lots of other young people and I enjoy the mix of work and study as feel like i'm always learning
very - know my study dates far in advance which is good to plan around
a lot, my line manager is very attentive and will always support me if needed
this could be improved, I sometimes find BPP quite slow to respond in some areas
a lot - a lot of the areas I have exams in I use day to day within the audit and as i have increased knowledge in these areas i can perform my job better
we have monthly social events, a run club and also go to bristol accounting events
Yes
great company culture, I know a lot of similar sized accounting firms have quite toxic cultures but i dont experience this with mazars, a lot of focus on our study to ensure learning and passing exams
be yourself in your application process and ensure you're well researched
