    • I find team morale is very low at the moment and I do not feel like we received enough coaching

    • Structure is good with promotion each year

    • I do not receive enough training and this means that my feedback says I do not understand enough. My line manager is very supportive so I appreciate this

    • Lots of socials e.g. ninja warrior, charity quizzes, drinks Some sports e.g. football but not so many that are targeted towards women

    • Yes, although I am not enjoying my job, I feel like gaining the ACA qualification is worth it

    • Have a good answer for why this company and why this role. They will ask and this where people fall down
