Completing audit work e.g. testing of balances and discussions with client. Coaching of corporate assistants
Yes, I have developed my excel and audit skills
I find team morale is very low at the moment and I do not feel like we received enough coaching
Structure is good with promotion each year
I do not receive enough training and this means that my feedback says I do not understand enough. My line manager is very supportive so I appreciate this
I would recommend BPP
Helps more as I become more senior
Lots of socials e.g. ninja warrior, charity quizzes, drinks Some sports e.g. football but not so many that are targeted towards women
