I feel as if I learn something new each time I do something relating to my apprenticeship

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program a lot, however with Whitbreads sale of restaurants I'm not sure I will be able to continue

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It's very well structured, the only thing I believe it could benefit from is more exams assessments throughout instead of at the end

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not much at all. The support I receive is mostly from my coach or one I ask my manager to go over something for my otj

My learning coach is fantastic and gives me plenty of support

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am learning new skills however in Whitbread there isn't much space to put things into practice as most practices are very structured

9b. Why?

Whitbread is a great company for hotel staff not so much for the restaurants. I have worked with them for over 7 years and I know how everyone is understaffed and struggling
