Running the day to day operation of the hotel and f&b as both a dm and DHM
A lot of new skills in terms of legal policies and companies outside of whitbread that aren’t as centralised in a lot of policies
Somewhat, I find it hard to balance work and apprenticeship
Good, clear modules and clear outcomes
Some, difficult to manage time within the operations part of the company when guest facing
Lots have a coach who will sit with us often and ensure we are on track

It’s hard work but the team usually makes it worth it, form good friendships and a lot of trust with the teams I have been part of
Location is key, go for busier sites as more hours
