My role includes managing a fleet, developing employees and helping them to progress, and building strong and lasting relationships with our customers - this is not an industry I ever thought would particularly interest me, however I have found it to be fulfilling, interesting, and diverse, and I am really enjoying my job role.
I have learnt a lot about different areas of business in this role, and built upon my confidence and communication skills. The apprenticeship has helped make the transition into the management team a lot easier and supplied me with the necessary knowledge on management models, HR systems, and providing constructive feedback.
I really enjoy my programme, it's fun to learn new things that will help me in my career and insightful to hear the perspective and opinions of others on the course on best practices in their lines of work.
Very well organised.
Lots of support is provided, time is given to complete the assignments and I am never made to feel like it is a burden.
The support I have received has been great, I feel my training provider has got to know me on a personal level and tailors their support to my needs and learning styles.
It provides invaluable knowledge that can be transferred across any department or business.
There are lots of events (whether it be charity, social, or committees) to get involved in.
Yes
Great opportunities for advancement and personal growth. I believe this business is one of a kind in the career progression routes it provides to all employees.
Do it!
