Ad-hoc tasks whilst supporting the apprenticeship team and the work experience lead for NHFT.
I have built on my existing communication skills through engagement events that I have attended with the work experience lead. I have also learnt some IT skills that I didn't have previously (e.g. booking rooms on Outlook and creating meetings on Microsoft Teams).
I enjoy it a lot as I haven't ever studied business before.
It is well-organised, however I do feel like I miss out on any actual teaching (online or in-person) as I am only given coursework and assignments to complete by my tutor.
I receive support always (when needed), whether that is in my role or in my apprenticeship. Immensely grateful for the support I receive from my line manager and employer.
I receive support often from my training provider, however there has been recently no communication from them whatsoever.
As business and administration go hand in hand, I would say that my qualification allows me to understand the depths of my role and how to deal with things like project management.
There are constant events taking place to build our skills and knowledge. These also work great as networking events as I get to meet a range of colleagues in varying professions across the Trust.
Yes
Because it is a great and engaging place to work :)
