MY current role on a day-to-day basis is currently is working my way through a training environment to help improve my electrical design knowledge.
i have learnt new skills in the sense that i am able to work my way through the systems we have to design on. By participating in this during my placement has allowed me to gain competence when navigating around and completing the task at hand,
its ok.
it is pretty well organised with placements being spread out evenly allowing us to gain a wide range of knowledge.
alot.
i believe more support could be given in the aspect of being put directly with someone who is going to be your buddy during your placement who is sat with you so you have access to them whenever you are stuck.
getting the level through during the first year of college wasnt beneficial at all. everything ive learn in college i have not brought with me into the role i am doing,
off the job hours and stretch opportunity.
Yes
job stability.
once youre in you are in.
