I am a air technician and currently I am undergoing training which helps me build my knowledge and understanding of engineering and business techniques which I will be using in the future
I have learnt many new skills since starting my apprenticeship and I am very grateful for everything
It is an extremely interesting programme and I am very pleased to be a part of this exiting company. There is so much to learn and do.
I believe that the program is very well structured as we are given our plan for the rest of our apprenticeship and how it should go.
We receive an abundance of support from our employers in soo many different ways. They are very useful and guiding
When we are working towards our qualifications we receive a lot of help and support to complete our work correctly and if we are struggling we can ask for their help and they will support us with our work
It allows us to learn so many different skills and build up our knowledge and this will help when we are on our actual work as they link.
Yes many.
Yes
There is so much opportunity for them and others and it is such a large company with so many people to network with and learn from. They are also very supportive and helpful and I believe it is a very good company to work for.
Be yourself. Show them why you are different and special. Make sure you have plenty of experience and knowledge to show them your passion.
