In my current placement I am project administrator for my building, this means I am point of contact for lockers, workwear and other day to day office necessitates. I often interact with people from my project and have contact with team leaders regarding the workers under them.
I have developed my interpersonal and people skills in this placement as I am constantly communicating with new and different people on a daily basis.
The placements I have had so far have not utilised my abilities to the fullest in my opinion and were not fully prepared to train an apprentice to the best of their abilities.
We have a college day every fortnight whether it be online or in-house
I have constant communication with my line manager and she is eager to help when I have an queries or issues that need resolving.
We have delivery sessions every two weeks about the information that will come up in our EPA

The particular course I am currently doing I would not recommend as many placements do not have the work for us or enough to keep us busy. But there are many other courses that I would recommend to people in the business
Be patient, it is a long process
