I'm presently shadowing someone in my team with the vendor Palo Alto, and we're trying to pitch Palo to our internal sales team so that they can urge their customers to acquire Palo Alto's cyber security products. This is done by training days to educate them about the products they will be selling, account mapping for the external Palo Team they know which one of our internal sales team they would like to contact to bring more revunue.

Very Organised as we have 1:1 with our 'mentors' bi weekly for if we have any questions
A lot my manager helps me all the time if I have any unanswered questions and all around it's a great environment to be in.
I receive a lot of support as I said in my previous answer they set calls with me bi weekly and every 3 months it's a meeting with my manager to show my progress within the programme
The modules we learn help significantly within the role as at the beginning of my programme one of the modules was how to structure emails and they lay out of them and the right ways and differences to communicate with people within a work environment.
Yes there is Woman in Tech social networking group and as there is a multicultural networking group which has boosted my confidence as a woman of colour.
