Currently its written work but there are practical elements every so often
I've become better at communicating and my confidence has increased been the main things. But I have learnt how to use CAD systems like inventor
It's a great program although there have been some issues with communication between staff and apprentices
My program is brand new so there have been a lot of issues but they are fixing them
I personally get quite a lot although this is about 4 months late but it's slowly getting put in place
The support is good if you can get the correct people although it's a little patchy in places
I think it will help a lot with the apprenticeship although I think it could have been structured slightly different
Not really I can't think of anything
Yes
The benefits to working there far out way the issues they have
Be honest in interviews and make sure it's something you will enjoy if not it's probably not for you
