  • I have learnt new skills around Project Management and I have been able to develop my ICT skills, primarily with Microsoft Excel

  • I am enjoying my programme a lot. It is giving me lots of opportunities and practical development.

  • There have been a few hiccups about whats going on, but they have been quickly resolved. Overall however it is organised very well.

  • My employer has been incredible, I have been getting so much support both from the organisation and from my line manager.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My tutors are always to happy to help with questions and we have multiple ways to contract them depending on the situation.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification is directly linked to the role I am doing. The more I learn the better I am doing at my role.

  • I personally get involved in running STEAM Clubs with other apprentices as well as having social study groups with others on my course.

  • It is a good company to work for. The work environment is supportive and inclusive.

  • Do your research as you apply and don't be discouraged if you don't succeed the first time.
