In my apprenticeship I switch placements every 6 months so this changes my day-to-day roles. However, over the last 7-8 months I have had loads of good opportunities such as going along to supplier meetings, learned new processes, I've had tours around the site, networked with a range of different people and so much more.
I have been able to develop my interpersonal skills such as my confidence as this is something that I struggled with however, this apprenticeship has really helped me to develop that skill. Also as well as interpersonal skills I have also learnt how to grasp different projects and the processes that come along with each placement.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship.
It's well organised.
A good amount of support and it's catered to how much you need (if you ask for extra support you will receive it) so you never feel unsupported.
Our sessions every fortnight as well as the opportunity to ask questions whenever you need to.

I think it's a great opportunity and a good place to work.
To focus on the positive aspects that attracted them to the job. Also to show how their skills and experience align with the job as this will make it more personalised. Highlight any relevant achievements from their past experiences that tells the employer more about them as a person. Finally to show their enthusiasm and excitement for the opportunity.
