  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • In my apprenticeship I switch placements every 6 months so this changes my day-to-day roles. However, over the last 7-8 months I have had loads of good opportunities such as going along to supplier meetings, learned new processes, I've had tours around the site, networked with a range of different people and so much more.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have been able to develop my interpersonal skills such as my confidence as this is something that I struggled with however, this apprenticeship has really helped me to develop that skill. Also as well as interpersonal skills I have also learnt how to grasp different projects and the processes that come along with each placement.
