My role includes pouring and serving drinks, taking and delivering food orders and cleaning tables.
I have learnt more about working more effectively in a team and how I can progress my career effectively and how to adopt a leadership role.
I would say I have largely enjoyed it as it relies on learning on the job for a chuck of the course which works very well for me.
It is a very well structured programme and thanks to my coach it has been very organised.
I receive lots of support from my employers and my apprenticeship coach.
I receive lots of training from my training provider.
It has helped me develop my knowledge which helps me be better at my job by learning new skills.
There are more courses that I can do following the apprenticeship ie level 3 training
Yes
It has lots of benefits and if it’s an apprenticeship you’re looking to do it is very well organised.
Be willing to put in the work.
